(2)重視主謂一致性。主謂語一致是人物介紹式書面表達易出錯誤之一，尤其是當主語為第三人稱單數時。當主語為第三人稱單數時，謂語動詞應用單數形式，但不少同學一律用復數形式，有時主語為復數時卻又使用單數形式。
(3)注意句式前后照應。在介紹人物的姓名、性別、年齡、職業等現狀時不少同學過分追求使用復雜的句式，例如使用主語后邊加上同位語或破折號引導的解釋性修飾語或定語從句句型，但在使用這些句型時忘記了后邊應有的謂語動詞，從而造成考題 囤以下是你最好的朋友高明的一份調查表，請據此寫一篇介紹朋友的短文。字數100左右。
句子成分的嚴重殘缺，因此，影響了表達的準確性。
(4)寫好文章開頭和結尾，為了使人物介紹式書面表達具有照應性，同學們應認真寫好開篇交代句和結尾總結句。寫開篇交代句時因尚未交代人物詳情，可適當寫得籠統一些，但寫結尾總結句時因人物詳情已作介紹，因此宜寫得具體一些，針對性強一些。本文開頭句可用1 will never forget my friend…，結尾可用such is myfriend。
(5)熟練運用常見句型，人物介紹式書面表達有不少句型在很多場合是有規律性出現的，除了敘述人物姓名、年齡、身高、健康狀況、業余愛好的有關句型以外，還有下列一些句型：he works hard.he is good at….he is kind to…in the meantime he can get along/on well with…he is often praised by…all of us respect and love him deeply.
