一 ：教材分析1.  本課所在單元的主題 the sea 主要是介紹了一些關于海洋生物和海洋環境保護的知識。2.  本課the underwater world 是本單元的第三課，是一節閱讀課。主要是閱讀一本關于海洋世界的小冊子。3.  本課主要是讓學生認識什么是旅游小冊子， 為后面的交際寫作課做好鋪墊。本課的內容比較少，但是很零散。二. 學生分析     1.學生在前面的課文中已經獲得了一些關于海洋的相關知識和詞匯。     2.學生對海洋生物都很感興趣。     3.高一學生已初步具備一定的從語言材料中獲取信息的能力。三. 教學目標     基于《課程標準》：“ 注重提高學生用英語進行思維和表達的能力；形成跨文化交際意識和基本跨文化交際能力。”這一要求，達到以下教學目標:1.語言知識目標：a.使學生掌握關于海洋生物的單詞。 penguin  shark  coral  polar bear  acrobatic seal  crab  dolphin  icebergb.掌握旅游小冊子的基本結構2. 語言技能目標：a. 使學生能從語言材料中獲取重要的信息。b. 使學生能夠將所獲得的信息用自己的語言表達出來。c. 使學生能夠利用所學知識將課文知識變成對話。3. 情感態度目標：a. 培養學生對大自然，對海洋的興趣。b. 提高學生的環保意識。4. 學習策略目標a. 訓練學生略讀和精讀的能力b. 培養學生用英語交流的能力。c. 培養學生重組知識的能力。5. 文化意識目標使學生會用英語介紹一個海洋世界的基本情況，從而提高學生的跨文化交際能力。三.教學思路由于這篇課文內容比較零散，如果按照課文所設計的步驟來上的話會比較枯燥，無法引起學生的興趣。所以我決定以用情景教學的方法來組織這節課。首先通過介紹幾個新朋友即奧運吉祥物福娃給學生，然后以福娃想參觀海洋世界，但又苦于沒有導游為主線來組織課堂。讓學生當導游，然后一步步把閱讀練習貫穿于每一個活動中。最后再讓學生將獲得的信息編成一個對話，做一個真正的“導游”。四.教學過程    1.leading in   1). （time: 3mins）t: good morning, class. today i want to introduce five new friends to you. do you want to know them?s: yes.t: i think you will be glad to know them. they are young people’s good friends. they are the five olympic mascots. (奧運吉祥物),beibei, jingjing, huanhuan, yingying and nini.(show the pictures of the olympic mascots). （use the picture of the olympic mascots to arouse the student’s interest.）t: they are going to the underwater world on this sunday. but they don’t have a guide. they just have got the brochure of the underwater world. would you like to be their guide?s: yes.t: ok. if you want to be the guide, you will have to get full preparation for it. you should know the information of the underwater very well. of course, firstly, you should know how to call the sea creature or places in the underwater world.
