一 中考要求
1.掌握并列連詞的基本用法。如：and, but , or , so 等。
2.掌握常用從屬連詞的基本用法。如： when, after, before, as soon as, because , if 等。
二 知識點學習
從屬連詞：引導狀語從句when，until，after, before, as soon as, since, for, although，if，because，so that，as if, so…that, while等
1. 引導時間狀語從句的從屬連詞： when ,before ,after, until ,as soon as (主將從現)
don’t get excited when you talk. 講話時別激動。
i’ll take no steps until you arrive. 你來之前我不會采取什么行動
2.引導條件狀語從句的從屬連詞：if , unless，as long as
i must leave if that’s the case. 如果情況如此我就得走了。
i’ll go there tomorrow unless it rains. 除非下雨，否則我明天去那里。
3.引導原因狀語從句的從屬連詞：because，as, since
he was worried because he hadn’t had any letter from her.
他很擔憂因為他沒收到過她一封信。
as david had a passion for walking, we started off on foot.
由于大衛喜歡走路，我們就步行出發了。
4. 引導方式狀語從句的從屬連詞：as, as if, as though
when at rome, do as the romans do. 入境隨俗。
he paused as if expecting her to speak. 他停了停，像是在期待她說話。
5.引導結果狀語從句的從屬連詞：so… that … ,such… that…
he was so fat that he couldn’t get though the door. 他胖得連門都過不去了。
jim made such a noise that his sister told him to be quiet.
吉姆吵成那樣，他姐姐讓他安靜點。
6.引導讓步狀語從句的從屬連詞：though /although，even if
though not large, the room was light and airy. 房間雖然不大，采光和通風卻很好。
the girl, though plain, had a kind face. 這姑娘雖然相貌平庸，卻有一張善良的臉。
i wouldn’t do it, even if you paid me a thousand pounds. 即使你付我一千英鎊，我也不干。
7.引導目的狀語從句的從屬連詞：so that, in order that
he left early in order that his children would not be alone in the house.
他早早動身，以免孩子們單獨待在家里。
ask her to hurry up with the letters so that i can sign them.
讓她快點把信打好，以便我能簽字。
注意：不能同時出現在一個句子中的連詞。
1).because ,so 不能同時出現在一個句子里，只用其中之一。
because in our school knew him, so we had no trouble in finding him.
2).though /although ,but不能同時出現在一個句子里，只用其中之一。但though 可以與yet，still 同時出現在一個句子中。
