★used to 與 be used to
(1)“used to”后接動詞原形，意思是“過去常常”，表示過去經(jīng)常發(fā)生的動作(或存在的狀態(tài))現(xiàn)在已不再發(fā)生(或存在)了。例如： (1)people used to think the sun travelled round the earth.人們過去曾經(jīng)認為太陽繞地球轉(zhuǎn)動。(暗指人們現(xiàn)在并不這樣認為了。) used to的否定式可用didn't use to.
(2)“be used to+名詞或v-ing”意思是“習慣于”。試比較：①he used to walk to school.他過去總是步行到校。
