1、what's he waiting for？他在等什么？
wait是不及物動(dòng)詞，意為“等待”，后跟賓語時(shí)，應(yīng)在wait后加介詞for，常用結(jié)構(gòu)為：
wait for+ n./pron. wait for+sb. to do sth.
e.g. we're waiting for our english teacher.我們在等我們的英語老師。
they're waiting for me to make a mistake.他們正盼著我出錯(cuò)呢。
拓展：can't wait to do sth. 迫不及待地做某事
2、what are they talking about?他們在談?wù)撌裁茨兀?br> talk是不及物動(dòng)詞，意思是“說話，交談”，
talk about sth.指“談?wù)撌裁磧?nèi)容”，
talk to/with sb.和……交談。
e.g: （1）let's talk about the movie.
（2）we like talking to foreigners.
