  pre-task preparation:

  1 hold up a puppet and say you r cold. you must wear a hat. put a hat on the puppet. it says “thank you.” continue putting toy clothing on the puppet until it has a hat, a pair of gloves and a scarf on.

  2  point to the hat , the gloves and the scarf on the puppet and say the words. repeat for students to follow.

  while-task procedure:

  1  put the vocabulary picture cards on your desk. say the words and invite individual students top come up and pick out the right card.

  2  put up the picture card for “hats” on the board, and put the word card next to it. read the word several tines and ask the students to repeat. do the same with the other 6 new words.

  3  open the student’s book. play the cassette tape. ask the students to point to the relevant pictures and repeat the words.

  4  put up the picture and word cards on the board in the random order. ask individual students to come up and rearrange them by putting the word cards below their corresponding picture cards, as shown in their student’s book.

  三年級(jí)學(xué)生的年齡一般是八、九歲左右,生性活潑好動(dòng),喜歡直觀形象思維。學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)有許多興趣,但有的學(xué)生可能說(shuō)不好,有的或許不敢說(shuō),因此課堂上要多給予學(xué)生表?yè)P(yáng)和鼓勵(lì),注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽說(shuō),積極做,勇敢演。同時(shí)三年級(jí)學(xué)生對(duì)客觀的世界已有一定的認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)大自然各種天氣現(xiàn)象的變化充滿幻想和好奇,學(xué)習(xí)積極性很濃,具有探索的欲望.同時(shí)他們對(duì)生活也有一點(diǎn)的自理能力,他們能根據(jù)天氣的變化選擇不同的服飾.但不能否認(rèn)的是他們的自控能力比較弱,在教學(xué)中要加入引導(dǎo)教育.

  本教材提倡在聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫、唱、玩、演等多種形式的教學(xué)活動(dòng)中內(nèi)化學(xué)生語(yǔ)言綜合應(yīng)用能力,使學(xué)生小學(xué)畢業(yè)時(shí)能輕松達(dá)到課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)二級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本課b部分句型操練中用到了很多服裝類單詞,對(duì)第六單元知識(shí)起到了很好的復(fù)習(xí)作用。本課a部分句型中開始出現(xiàn)現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài),讓學(xué)生對(duì)現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的概念和用法有了一個(gè)初步的了解,為第八單元學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)在句子中的運(yùn)用奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。a部分主要是進(jìn)行天氣類單詞的教學(xué),建議如果能把b部分句型“what’s the weather like? it’s …”調(diào)整到a部分進(jìn)行操練,效果會(huì)更好。

  (1)介紹我的一個(gè)英國(guó)朋友peter的背景.peter來(lái)自英國(guó),他想來(lái)中國(guó)玩.他打算去三個(gè)地方:深圳,北京和上海.他想知道那里的天氣和所要準(zhǔn)備的衣服.

  (2)首先通過多媒體課件讓學(xué)生收聽天氣預(yù)報(bào)員對(duì)深圳天氣情況的報(bào)告以及需注意事項(xiàng).內(nèi)容是:it's hot. take off your sweater. 教師問what's the weather like in shenzhen 然后書寫此句型,讓學(xué)生熟練說(shuō)出這一句型,并做出回答.學(xué)生回答后,教師說(shuō):what should peter does 教師做出脫衣服的動(dòng)作,這樣自然過渡短語(yǔ)take off的教授上. 同時(shí)讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行模仿操練.

  (3)用同樣的方式呈現(xiàn)北京和上海的天氣情況來(lái)分別教授put on和don't forget短語(yǔ).
