一、教學目標與要求:
1. 能夠聽、說、讀、寫本課句型:“grandpa is writing a letter. brother is doing homework. mom is cooking dinner in the kitchen. he’s writing an e-mail in the study.”
2. 能夠用“mom is cooking dinner in the kitchen.”等句子介紹家人正在做什么。
二、教學重、難點分析:
本課時需要重點掌握的句型“mom is …in the…”的書寫,用本單元所學內容完成接電話的任務既是本課的重點也是教學難點,對句子“how’s everybody doing? just fine.”作必要的解釋。
三、教學準備
1. 教師準備動詞短語卡和拼圖。
2. 錄音機和磁帶。
3. 學生準備家庭人員照片若干。

step1. warm-up
1. daily greetings:
t: hello! boys and girls. i’m wang junying. i’m from liu dianzi primary school. you can call me mr. wang. today i feel very happy in tai ping. i hope we’ll be the best friends. nice to meet you.
ss: nice to meet you, too.
t: hello! boy/girl! what’s your name?
s1: my name is …
t: hi! how are you?
s2: fine, thank you.
t: nice to meet you.
s1: nice to meet you, too.
t: your english is very good.
2. revision and review:
t: boys and girls, i like english very much. and you?
ss: yes.
t: very good. now let’s enjoy a beautiful chant. i’m ready. are you ready?
ss: yes! we are ready!
t&ss: ok. now let’s begin. show me your hands, please!
(課件展示歌曲,師生同唱帶動作表演)
t: how are you now? ss: fine.

4) dad is writing an e-mail in the study.
t: boys and girls, please look carefully. what is dad doing? who want to have a try? raise your hands, please.
