【語法】
1. i don’t mind them。 我不介意它們。
mind 意為介意，反對，通常用于疑問句，否定句或條件句中，其后可接名詞，代詞或動詞ing的形式。
2. plan to do sth. 計劃做某事
3. because i hope to find out what’s going on around the world. 因為我希望了解世界各地發(fā)生的事。
hope to do sth. hope +that從句
hope: 指對實現(xiàn)某一愿望有信心，把握 wish: 常指難以實現(xiàn)或不能實現(xiàn)的愿望
4. i like to follow the story and see what happens next.
happen動詞，意為發(fā)生。一般指偶然發(fā)生，其主語常為事，而不能是人。
sth.+happens to sb. 某人發(fā)生了某事 sth.+happens +地點/時間 某地/某時發(fā)生了某事
5. well, they may not be very exciting, but you can expect to learn a lot from them.
①may 意為可能，也許，大概。表示推測，一般用于肯定句中。也可以表示許可，與can同義。
②expect+名詞/代詞，意為期待某事或某人，預(yù)計….可能發(fā)生
expect to do sth.預(yù)計做某事
expect sb.to do sth. 期望某人做某事
expect+從句 預(yù)計……

be famous as 作為。。。而聞名 后接表示職位，名稱等的詞
be famous to 為。。。。。所熟知 后接某部分人

such as 用來列舉同類人或事物中的幾個例子
for example 一般只以同類事物或人中的一個為例，作插入語，用逗號隔開，可置于句首，句中或句末

②try one’s best 盡某人最大的努力 try one’s best to do sth.
