but ecotourism has side effect on the wild areas. some visitors often fail to understand that thousands of people visiting an area can cause great harm to the environment. some are sometimes so careless that they leave food, waste paper, bottles and cigar ends behind. they harm plants and animals which are important to a local culture.
so i appeal to action being taken to protect the environment. tourists should be aware that they ought to leave nothing but their foot prints in a local area so as to protect the environment.
