詞 組 專 題
part one: 動詞短語
基本要點：動詞常與介詞和副詞、形容詞、名詞搭配在一起，構(gòu)成短語動詞。最常見的有以下幾類：
i、動詞+介詞（at, for, after, on, to, with, of, from, in, into, through, about等）構(gòu)成的詞組,相當(dāng)于一個及物動詞,其賓語只能接在介詞之后。
they finally agreed on the plan. this job calls for skills and patience.
the bank was broken into last night. we’ll think about it.
ii、動詞+副詞(up, off, out, away, on, in, over, down, about,round/around等)構(gòu)成的詞組
1. 一部分為不及物動詞短語，不能直接加賓語， 也無被動。如：break out, come about, come out
2.一部分為及物的動詞短語, 其賓語如果是名詞，可前可后；若是代詞，則只能放在當(dāng)中。
you can call your teacher up=you can call up your teacher you can call him up. we’ll think it over.
iii. 動詞+副詞+介詞: 相當(dāng)于及物動詞
we must make up for the lost time. 我們必須彌補失去的時間。 do i have to do away with my habit? 我是不是得除掉我的習(xí)慣？
iv. 動詞+名詞 / (反身)代詞+介詞: 相當(dāng)于一及物動詞
he never helps me without trying to take advantage of me. ( 利用) in school, i often take charge of various activities. （負責(zé) / 管理）
一、常見介詞、副詞與常用動詞構(gòu)成的短語動詞
1. v+about(介詞：關(guān)于)：皆為及物短語動詞
ask / inquire about: 詢問…的情況 care about: 在乎;/介意;關(guān)注 quarrel about/over為…爭論/爭吵
argue about/over為…爭論/ /辯論 debate about /on為/關(guān)于…辯論 discuss about討論，議論
worry about：擔(dān)心 concern about:關(guān)心，掛念 know/learn about:了解
read about:讀知, 閱后得知 talk about:談?wù)?nbsp; hear about:聽說（=hear of）
