2). 引導讓步狀語從句，表示“盡管，雖然，即使”（從句需倒裝）

3). 引導方式狀語從句，表示“以……方式”。

4). 引導原因狀語從句 (=since; because)，“由于，因為”。
as you were not there, i left a message. 因為當時你不在那，所以我給你留了便條。
5) 引導比較狀語從句。
she is as tall as you. 她和你一樣高。
