一、教學目標
在本節課結束時，學生將能夠區分并正確使用可數名詞和不可數名詞；使用電話點餐的交際用語。
（一）知識與能力
1. 學習并掌握點餐的交際用語和不同食物的表達方式。
2. 區分并正確使用可數名詞和不可數名詞。
（二）過程與方法
采用任務型教學方法和role—playing的學習策略，利用教學圖片、幻燈片等方式展開課堂教學；通過pairwork問答式的口語交際活動互相詢問同桌想要點的餐。本單元教學方法建議：語音教學——讓學生能在朗讀或對話中正確使用連讀；詞匯教學——利用圖片進行教學，讓學生在情境中操練、理解含義，并學會運用；口語教學——采取pairwork問答式的口語交際活動和小組活動互相操練；聽力教學——采取listen and check填表格的形式，語法教學——總結規律、抓住特征、模仿操練。
（三）情感態度與價值觀
通過點餐的對話練習，學生能夠禮貌的點餐；能夠注意到英語與漢語名詞的區別。
二、教學重難點
（一）教學重點
1. 學習不同食物的表達方式。
2. 學會點餐的交際用語。
3. 訓練在聽力過程中抓住關鍵詞的技能。
（二）教學難點
能夠區分話題下名詞的單復數。
三、教學策略
語音教學——讓學生能在朗讀或對話中正確使用連讀；詞匯教學——利用圖片讓學生在情境中操練、理解含義，并學會運用；口語教學——采取pairwork問答式的口語交際活動和小組活動互相操練；聽力教學——采取listen and check；listen and complete的形式對目標語言進行訓練。
