教學目的:1.能四會掌握單詞:when birthday .2. 能四會掌握句型:“when’s your birthday?” “my birthday’s on the … of ….”3. 比較“what date is it today”與“when’s your birthday?”的回答,注意“on”的含義和用法。教學過程:step 1 organization1. greeting2. sing an english song: the signs in the park(營造英語氛圍) step 2 free talking 1. who’s on duty today? is everyone here today? 2. what day is it today? 3. what date is it today? (培養學生應用語言的能力。) step 3 revision play a game(magic eyes):要求學生快速讀出多媒體課件上落下的單詞,如看到炸彈,則雙手抱頭臥倒說“bang”, 復習part b中單詞。 (以游戲形式復習單詞,能增強學生的興趣,同時為句型教學作準備。) step 4 presentation1. t出示日歷(8月11日):what date is it today?s1: it’s the eleventh of august.t: yes, it’s my birthday.(用教師自己的生日導入新課,給學生一種親切感。)2. 教學“birthday”1) 聽錄音----跟讀----開火車讀----拼寫 (“birthday”學生已在平時生活中經常接觸,都能理解其含義,本課重點是拼寫) 2)make a phrase with “birthday”(例:my birthday……) (拓展學生思維。)3)出示ben圖片,練習“ben’s birthday”,并揭示課題3.t: my birthday is on the eleventh of august. (慢速反復三次,讓學生聽清聽懂,并板書,要求學生比較: “what date is it today? it’s the eleventh of august.”與“my birthday is on the eleventh of august”,強調“on”的用法與含義;并與“what time is it? it’s six o’clock.”和“i get up at six o’clock.”中的“at”用法比較,加強記憶。)(與“at”比較,一方面使學生理解為什么要加“on”,另一方面也幫助學生明確“on,in,at”的不同適用場合。)4.t: my birthday is on the eleventh of august. when is your birth?
