第一課時
一、教學目標與要求
1.能夠聽說讀寫單詞和短語:have a cold, have a toothache, have a fever, hurt, have a headache, have a sore throat.
2.能夠聽說讀句型:what’s the matter, mike? i feel sick. i have a fever.并進行關鍵詞的替換操練。
3.能夠理解會并吟唱let’s chant的歌謠。
二、教學重點與難點
1.重點是掌握a-let’s learn的四會單詞和短語,并詢問別人的身體狀況。
2.難點是正確拼寫四會單詞和短語。
三、課前準備
1、教師準備本課時所需的單詞卡。
2、教師準備錄音機和錄音帶。
3、教師準備本單元的掛圖。
四、教學過程
1、 warm-up
(1)播放錄音pep4unit6歌曲“my father is a doctor.”
(2)日常口語對話,復習職業單詞。
what’s your father/mother?
2、 presentation and practice
(1)教師出示let’s start的教學掛圖,說:look! we have some new friends here. who are they? what’s the matter with them?…幫助學生回答,并引導學生通過觀察圖片或教師的肢體動作來幫助學生熟悉答句中的新單詞和短語。
(2)播放let’s chant的錄音,重點領讀句子:i have a headache. i have the flu.
(3)教師出示一支體溫表,說:this is a thermometer. if i have a fever, it will tell me. let’s see mike. mike doesn’t feel well. he has a fever.指著let’s learn的圖片的mike,教學“have a fever”。讓學生看圖片,教授單詞和短語:hurt, have a cold, have a toothache, have a headache, have a sore throat.注意headache和 toothache的共同之處,幫助學生簡單了解構詞法。播放錄音,讓學生跟讀單詞。
(4)教師讓學生讀單詞,叫到的同學,給他圖片(have a fever),問他:“what’s the matter, ?”引導學生說:i feel sick. i have a fever.解釋sick單詞。用同樣的方法教授句型:what’s the matter, ? i .要求學生回答并做出相應的表情。可以讓學生兩個進行操練。
(5)“看病”游戲。
將學生分成六大組,每組選一張短語卡片。教師戴上醫生的帽子提問:cold, cold, who has a cold? 如第一組選中的是have a cold,這組學生就邊做動作或表情邊吟唱:cold, cold, i have a cold.用同樣的方法進行操練,各組調換卡片繼續該活動。
(6)“敲敲打打”活動。
教師將所學單詞或短語寫在黑板上,然后把學生分成兩大組,每組派一名代表站到黑板前。教師說單詞或短語,請學生敲擊聽到的單詞或短語,誰敲得既對又快得一分,最后得分高的組獲勝。
3、 consolidation and extension
(1)學生聽讀p14-16五遍。
(2)學生背誦和抄寫單詞和短語4遍。

二、教學目標與要求
1、能夠聽、說、認讀本課時的主要詞組:taller stronger older younger shorter。
2、能認讀句型:how tall are you ?i’m 164cm.you’re shorter than me. you’re 4cm taller than me .
三、教學重點
重點掌握形容詞比較級的構成。
四、教學重點
難點是對新句型 how tall are you ?i’m 164cm.you’re shorter than me. you’re 4cm taller than me .的理解和運用。
五、課前準備
1、教師準備本課時所需的六張詞卡。
2、教師準備錄音機和錄音帶。
3、教師準備本單元的掛圖。
六、教學過程
1、warm-up
(1)教師在黑板上貼上一些人物的圖像,讓學生分辨who is tall /strong/old/young/short?,然后讓學生回答。
2、presentation and practice
let’s learn
(1)教師指著比較高的tom和比較矮的wuyifan問who is tall ?s:tom. t:tom is taller than wuyifan ,用動作來示意學生,幫助學生理解。然后出示taller的單詞卡片,示范讀taller.
(2)教學單詞taller,邊說邊做動作,學生跟做。開火車合拼單詞,小組比賽快速熟練的拼讀。幫助學生用tall+er來記憶。簡單介紹形容詞的比較級第一種情況是在形容詞的后面直接加“er”.本課時的幾個單詞都屬于這種變化。
(3)教師用同樣的方法教學其他四個四會單詞stronger older younger shorter
(4)將五張單詞卡放在一起請學生認讀。男女比賽誰讀錯或不會讀將扣去相應男女組的分數。
(1) 教師把一高一矮的學生叫他們站起來,然后說you’re taller than your classmate! 引導學生做出相應的回答:yes!教師問,how tall are you ?學生答i’m 160cm.學習let’s chant.(聽磁帶,分句練。)
(2) 加強練習、鞏固。
3、consolidation and extension
(1)做本單元a let’s learn部分的活動手冊配套練習。
(2)抄寫所學的四會詞組,一個抄兩行。
