教學過程
第一課時 step 1 warm up
1、sing the song for book 4 unit 6.
2、daily talk
what would you like for lunch/dinner…?
i’d like ….
3、show the picture of “let’s start” play aguessing game. example: i’m yummy to eat i’m yellowand long. i grow on the tree.myname begins with the letter as:”bee”.what am i ? step 2 presentation
activity 1 let’s learn
1、teacher show the word card of “tomato”get students to spell.then show the word card “potato”and ask :what is a potato?help students to describby their own language.teach the other words in the same way.
2、practise the new words.teacher say the word of food.students say colour.to see which group is the fastest.
3、play record for “let’s learn”students read the new words after tape.
4、teacher show pictures of four -skillwords.spell these words in group of four. activity 2 let’s chant activity 3 group work drill the new words and the sentence pattern: what would you like for lunch? step 3 consolidation and extension1、finish the activity book part a.
2、read the chant to parents and friends 第二課時step1 warm up1、sing the song “what do you have for lunch.” 2、daily talk.(pupil and pupil) 3、play record for “let’s try” get student to judge. step2 presentation activity 1 let’s talk 1、presentation the new sentence pattern :what do you have for lunch…? 2、compare the sentence “what would you like for lunch ?” with “what do you have for lunch today?” to get student familiarize the new sentence. 3、call a pupil standing in front of the class,choose a word card. the other students ask by sentence pattern “what do you have for lunch today?”this pupil answer according to the word card.then ask the other students:”what about you?” 4、play record for let’s talk.students read after tape. make a dialogue using the difference words about food. activity 2 talk and match work in pairs activity 3 good to know show picture of this part .introduce some culture to students. step 3 consolidationand extension
