你的理發師給你理了一個難看的發型。give sb. a haircut = cut one’s hair. 原句等于your barber cut your hair t erribly.
② the pen you bought didn’t work.你買的鋼筆不能用。
you bought 是一個定語從句，修飾先行 詞pen。
work 表示機器、工具的運轉或藥物等發揮功能，意為“工作；運轉；起作用”。如the medicine doesn’t work.這些藥失效了。
