說明:
“頭腦風暴”是提供學生積極思維的好機會。這一環節的運用既能發揮學生的積極主動性,又能使學生在小組活動中互幫互助。以小組活動方式呈現合作結果,讓全體學生都對有關“科學家生平成就”的詞匯加以回顧與復習,對新的詞匯加以補充與學習。
1. 教師在黑板上展示如圖的圖表;
2. 全班分為四組,每組確定一個記錄者,時間控制在三分鐘。
3. 在“頭腦風暴”過程中,記錄者記錄組內成員能想到的所有相關詞匯。
4. 最后請記錄者匯報羅列詞匯的總數。
5. 教師補充一些學生未提及的新詞匯。

說明:
這一部分旨在從多個方面鍛煉學生的口語,使學生有機會說,愿意說,大膽表露他們的想法;顒釉O計多從貼近生活的原則出發,結合課本知識,盡可能給學生留下廣闊的發揮空間。在口語練習過程中,教師應該鼓勵學生,啟發學生用英語表達。

說明:讓學生根據老師提供的信息猜測這是哪一位科學家,并鼓勵學生做適當的補充。
