調查問卷的設計要求
在設計調查問卷時,設計者應該注意遵循以下基本要求:
①問卷不宜過長,問題不能過多,一般控制在20分鐘左右回答完畢。
②能夠得到被調查者的密切合作,充分考慮被調查者的身份背景,不要提出對方不感興趣的問題。
③要有利于使被調查者作出真實的選擇,因此答案切忌模棱兩可,使對方難以選擇。
④不能使用專業術語,也不能將兩個問題合并為一個,以至于得不到明確的答案。
⑤問題的排列順序要合理,一般先提出概括性的問題,逐步啟發被調查者,做到循序漸進。
⑥將比較難回答的問題和涉及被調查者個人隱私的問題放在最后。
⑦提問不能有任何暗示,措詞要恰當。
⑧為了有利于數據統計和處理,調查問卷最好能直接被計算機讀入,以節省時間,提高統計的準確性。
