要點提示：
1）當原句敘述的是現在或者將來發生的事情用"it is … that…"的句式（如例句1）；當原句敘述的 是過去發生的事情則用"it was … that… " 的句式（如例句2）。
2）在這種強調句式中，一般用that引出句子的其他部分。如果被強調的部分是表示人的意義的名 詞時，可以用who代替that引出句子的其他部分；如果被強調的部分是表示事物意義的名詞時，可以用which代替that引出句子的其他部分。但是，無論被強調的部分是表示地點、還是表示時間意義的名詞，都不可以用where 或者when 。 e.g. it is that man who (that) is teaching our english.（就是那個人教我們英語。）
