【句法分析】 (1)it is agreed that...是一個固定句式，意為“……被一致認為……”，其中it作形式主語，that引導的從句是主語從句，類似的結構如：
it is said/reported/believed/hoped/required/suggested/thought that...據說/據報道/人們相信/人們希望/人們要求/人們建議/人們認為……。
