1. turn off  關上（電燈、煤氣、自來水、電視等） 
turn on   打開（電燈、煤氣、自來水、電視等）
turn up 開大（收音機、電視等）音量

look around = look round    環(huán)顧四周
 
2.  it’s time for sb to do sth.    到某人做某事的時間了。

3.  add sth to sth  把------加入------里  add a and b  把a和b加起來
4.  make sb\sth + adj.  使某人、某物怎么樣 make sb do sth.  讓某人做某事
5.  remember (not) to do sth    記得（不）要去做某事 –(事還沒做)
remember doing sth     記得做過某事 –(事做了)
 
6. continue  to do sth. 繼續(xù)做別的事               continue doing sth   繼續(xù)做同一件事                                                                           
7.  noise：噪音，不愉悅的聲音 
sound：幾乎所有聲音
8.  along沿著（線）；   
across橫穿（面）
 
9. 表示返回，return不能和back連用
表示歸還，return可以和back連用

many + 可數名詞復數      如：

much + 不可數名詞        如：
much water
 “有一些；少量的(肯定意義)”的表達：
①a little + 不可數名詞     如：
