2 能在交流中用英語介紹祖國文化。
四  課前準備
1 教具準備：實物投影儀幕布、四幅圖片
2 教學準備：請學生準備一些自制實物或圖片。
3 板書準備：黑板上預先寫好課題unit 3 let’s celebrate!
五  教學步驟
1   教師用實物投影展示上一課的復述提綱，鼓勵更多的同學到前面復述 celebrating halloween.也可采用小組集體復述形式。即該小組每位同學各復述到一兩句。還可讓其他小組進行補充。 （10分鐘）
2   教師說： i’m glad to see that most of you know how to celebrate halloween. and if you are millie , your friends wants to have a halloween party with you .what do you have  to do? please look at the pictures圖片，分組說出相應的短語：buy some chocolates, want special costumes, make a pumpkin lantern, dress up as a tiger,然后指導學生按要求完成書中任務。        （4分鐘）
3   實物投影展示，指著headings告訴同學們：
middlie wants to tell her classmates about halloween. she makes a poster and uses these headings.can you help her find which paragraphs they are in ?you can say out the correct numbers for each heading.讓學生快速瀏覽課文，兩人一組，尋找答案并互相核對，然后寫在書上。      （4分鐘）
4   用實物投影展示圖片，并在黑板上給出party, pumpkin lantern, special costume, trick or treat  等關(guān)聯(lián)詞或短語，說，ok！then let me check if you know names one by one .學生兩人一組討論答案，然后選出一些小組與全班同學核對，并把答案寫在書上。                       （6分鐘）
4 游戲
把學生分成若干小組，每組由同學們選出一位代表，扮演millie ,到前面向全班同學介紹有關(guān)halloween的信息。該代表若有困難，可以有三次機會向本組同學“求助”，以說出句子數(shù)多者為優(yōu)勝，相同成績則以“求助”次數(shù)少的為優(yōu)勝。最后帶領(lǐng)全班同學為獲勝者所在小組鼓掌并贈送同學們的自制實物或圖片，以示鼓勵。                                                  （10分鐘）
6   打開書本，學生兩人一組完成，全班核對答案。           （2分鐘）
7   選用一位同學寫好的有關(guān)mid-autumn festival的信，用實物投影展示。(如沒有同學完成，則采用自己事先準備好的范文)。學生兩人一組互相詢問以下問題并回答。when is the  mid-autumn festival? what do we eat on that day? why do we call it mooncake? where do we celebrate it ? 收集信息，全班共同核對，讓大家分享合作學習的快樂。                               (5分鐘)
