t: it means-----keep off the grass. (點出標志意思, 顯示中文意思,帶讀, )
so if we see this sign on grass, what should we do?
t: well, we shouldn’t walk on the grass, understand? (點擊出現句子,帶讀 shouldn’t和句子)
5 t: and what about this sign, can you ask this two questions for me together? 現在你能試試問我這個標志的含義嗎?( ppt 17顯示句子:what does it mean? what should we do?)
t: good! it means we should not make noise. (點擊出現句子,帶讀 make noise和句子)

(本步驟設計說明:本部分教師利用jack這個新人物引入課文,讓學生通過初步的轉述自己了解人物jack, 自然進入主題,然后通過選出標志讓學生總體感知課文,再通過聽課文對每個標志的具體含義進行深入學習,幫助學生突破本課的重點難點。本部分新授單詞和詞組比較多,教師需要耐心示范,給學生足夠操練時間)
第三步:鞏固操練

本節課說明:在本節課的開頭教師通過游戲分散了課文的重點難點,幫助學生學習了what does it mean? it means…減輕了后面的課文學習負擔。所以本節課的重點難點在于課文中出現的三個標志的含義以及應該怎么做,并引入教授新句型。因此教師應該把大部分時間和精力放在這個部分,不斷引導學生先通過聽找出與課文相關的標志,去理解標志的含義,然后通過學習表達具體含義。教師應該在此部分放慢腳步,耐心教授學生新的單詞和詞組。最后通過對課文的整體把握,再讓學生鞏固課文內容,完成書面練習。這樣的設計比較有遞進層次,學生不會感到有太大的難度,易于學生更好的掌握課文。
