二 、 新課呈現(presentation)
t: who can introduce your friend to mighty monkey. (誰能把你的朋友介紹給monkey呢?)(課件出現單詞friend,并領讀兩遍)
找幾個學生介紹自己的朋友,使用句型"this is my friend, ..."
【設計意圖: 讓學生與玩偶對話,使其快樂的接受新知并加以運用。】
教師以非?鞓返穆曇裟7滦『镒优c學生問好。
t: mighty, you look happy.
m: yes, i'm very happy today. today is my birthday.(緩慢而清晰的說出單詞birthday)
t: your birthday? happy birthday!(詞句重讀并出示課件) happy birthday to you.
t(向學生說):today is mighty's birthday. let's play a birthday party for him, ok?(讓我們為mighty舉辦一個派對好嗎?)
學生積極回應之后,教師拿出一個生日蛋糕,向mighty表示祝賀。
t: happy birthday, mighty. this is a birthday cake for you.
m: thank you.
t(向學生): let's sing an english song for mighty ,ok?
ss: ok!
課件出示歌曲: happy birthday to you!(此歌簡單易學,教唱2至3遍即可)
【設計意圖: 歌曲的出現,即加濃了生日派對的氛圍,又使學生輕松掌握句子"happy birthday!" 】
t: (問學生) do you have any gifts for mighty.(你們有沒有為mighty準備禮物呢?)
學生贈送禮物時,教師引導學生用英語向mighty祝賀。
s: happy birthday.
m: thank you.
教師拿著自己準備的禮物問mighty
t: guess, mighty! what's in this box?
m: a cake?
t: you're clever, mighty.
(教師取出蛋糕)
t: look, this is a cake. a birthday cake for you.
m: super! i like it. i like the birthday cake.
課件出示單詞birthday cake.
教師領讀birthday cake,注意其中th的發音
【設計意圖: 教師讓mighty猜的同時,也引起了學生的好奇心。并利用情景,由上一單元的cake一詞引出了birthday cake!
t: look, boys! what's this? (指著蛋糕問)
boys: this is a birthday cake.
t: good!this is a birthday cake.and girls, what's this?
girls: this is a birthday cake.
t: super! you're all great. you're all clever! and i have a price for you. (老師有一個小小的獎勵給你們)
let's eat the birthday cake with mighty, ok? (做吃的樣子,并重復一遍let's eat.)
ss: ok/ cool/ great…
t: (向mighty說) let's eat the birthday cake together, all right?
m: great!
【設計意圖: 利用情景讓學生們理解對話"let's eat the birthday cake together?great!"的意思," all right"的出現擴展了學生的詞匯量!
t: but i have a question for you, mighty. (邊問邊拿蠟燭)how old are you?
m: pardon? (做沒聽清狀)
t: (大聲而緩慢的問) how old are you? (并出示課件此句)
m: oh! i'm 9.
t: nine? (開始插蠟燭) one, two, … nine.
【設計意圖: 利用情景讓學生們理解對話"how old are you? i'm 9." 的含義!
三、have a rest (休息)
小猴子開始吹蠟燭,教師帶領學生一起再唱一遍"happy birthday!"以示祝賀。時間允許的話,還可以找兩個學生表演其它歌曲,以活躍氣氛。
【設計意圖: 在上一步驟中,學生已經接觸到了本課要學的全部對話。在此加入歌曲,既能讓學生的大腦得到休息,為下一步的練習做好準備,又加強了生日派對的氣氛!
