　　【課題】unit 4    it’s warm today    第五課時

　　【教學重點】句型：what’s the weather like in beijing?  how about new york?

　　【教學難點】what are you doing?  what’s the matter? 的表達；

　　i have to ….的含義

　　【教具準備】

　　let’s talk (b)部分的課件和錄音。

　　教學前一天的世界城市天氣預報錄像。

　　單詞卡片：sunny、rainy、windy、snowy、cloudy、cool、warm、hot、cold。

　　let’s check的錄音。

　　【教學過程】

　　（一）熱身、復習 (warm-up/revision)

　　1、學生唱歌曲“thunder”；說唱let’s chant部分歌謠。

　　2、啟發學生將歌謠中的warm、hot、cool、cold根據后一句話的內容替換為：sunny、windy、snowy、cloudy。改編兒歌。

　　3、教師播放世界城市天氣預報的錄像，然后提問：what’s the weather like in …?

　　學生根據實際內容回答it is…

　　(學生既可以從氣溫的角度回答,也可從氣候特征的角度回答，此項活動主要是鞏固what’s the weather like in …?的功能結構。)

　　（二）呈現新課 （presentation）

　　教師提問：what’s the weather like in new york?(同時將錄像內容定在new york的界面)

　　學生根據實際來回答。

　　教師領讀：new york，注意學生的發音不要受漢語紐約的干擾，適時糾正。

　　教師繼續將錄像界面定在某一城市，問：how about…? 引導學生根據實際來回答。

　　反復利用3-5個城市操練how about，讓學生在問答中理解how about…?的功能。

　　請學生觀看課件，初步理解對話的意思。

　　教師提問：what’s the weather like in beijing ?

　　學生回答：it’s rainy.

　　教師提問：how about new york?

　　學生回答：it’s sunny.

　　what are you doing?  not much.

　　教師領讀；解釋意思。

　　機械性問答操練（接力問答）。

　　what’s the matter? i have to close the window.的含義。

　　教師啟發學生根據oh，no！my pictures！說說what’s the matter?的意思；根據it’s windy now. 說說have to 的含義. (如果學生始終不能正確理解語句的含義，教師進行講解。)

　　告訴學生have to是表達由于客觀原因不得不要做的事并舉例：it’s rainy. i have to stay at home. it’s rainy. i have to put on my raincoat ….然后讓學生用i have to說說自己生活中不得不做的事。

　　學生跟錄音讀對話，注意課文中首次出現語言的語音語調，注意準確模仿。

　　學生兩人一組分角色讀對話，教師及時進行評價。

　　教師再次播放世界城市天氣預報的錄像，學生編對話。

　　b：it’s …   how about…?

　　a：it’s …

　　(三) let’s check

　　教師播放三次錄音：第一遍讓學生先聽錄音，第二遍勾出與錄音內容相符的一項，第三遍檢查。錄音內容如下：

　　in beijing it’s sunny and warm. i go out and fly a kite.

　　in harbin it is cold, it’s snowy. i read a story.

　　it is hot in shenzhen. i go swimming.

　　in macao it is rainy. i watch tv in my room.

　　（四）趣味操練 (practice)

　　教師將單詞卡片sunny、rainy、windy、snowy、cloudy、cool、warm、hot、cold貼在黑板上，將城市名：beijing  harbin  lhasa  hong kong  moscow  singapore  sydney  london  tianjin豎排寫在黑板上。一個同學說句子it is…in…，另一個同學根據句子內容將天氣單詞的卡片貼到相應的城市后面。

　　（五）擴展性活動(add-activities)

　　完成本單元b let’s talk的活動手冊配套練習。

　　給同學、朋友打電話用what’s the weather like？詢問當地天氣情況。

　　今天晚上在家聽我國城市天氣預報，完成教材p52的表格。

　　【教學重點】句型what are these/those？ are these/those…?及其簡略回答。

　　【教學難點】these和those的發音。

　　【教學準備】

　　let’s talk的錄音。

　　let’s check的錄音。

　　let’s sing 的錄音。

　　自制課件。

　　師生共同準備蔬菜實物若干。

　　【教學過程】

　　熱身：

　　學生說唱本單元歌曲和歌謠。

　　復習：

　　游戲： 教師將幾個動物單詞卡片貼到黑板上，并在下面標上序號，請任意學生說出其中一個單詞，其他學生說序號并模仿該動物的叫聲或動作。

　　教師說謎語，引導學生用are they…?來猜猜是什么蔬菜。

　　they are red. they look like apples, but they aren’t apples. what are they?

　　they are tender and green. what are they?

　　they are long and orange. rabbits like eating them. what are they?

　　they are round, pink and white. what are they?

　　they are brown. french fries are made of them. what are they?

　　學生猜對了，教師回答yes，they are.并拿出相應的單詞卡片請學生拼讀；如果猜錯了，教師回答no, they aren’t. 再請其他人猜, 直到猜對為止。

　　教師和學生聊一聊每個人喜愛的蔬菜或動物。

　　i like .…

　　do you like …?

　　(三) 新課呈現：

　　教師請學生將裝有蔬菜的盒子蓋好放在桌子上，然后走到同學們中間，隨意指著幾個盒子問：are these…?，并引導學生根據實際用yes, they are. / no, they aren’t.回答。如果學生回答的是no, they aren’t. 教師要繼續問：what are these？并引導學生用they are …回答。（教師在操作時應多問幾名學生，以增加語言的輸入量。）教師適時板書句型框架。

　　教師將自己帶來的蔬菜分別放在幾個盒子里，請幾個學生過來邊摸邊問：are these …?或what are these？教師做出相應的回答。

　　學生兩人一組運用黑板上的句型互相猜猜對方盒內的蔬菜。

　　教師打開自制課件，請學生看一遍顧客和服務員的問答。然后提問：顧客為什么要用are those cucumbers？問，而不用are these cucumbers？問，兩者有什么區別？教師根據學生的理解情況適當講are those …的功能。

　　教師指著另外一盒蔬菜用are those ...?隨意說一種蔬菜名，然后點擊，啟發學生根據看到的用yes, they are. / no, they aren’t.回答。教師進行板書。

　　教師分別指向其他三個盒子啟發學生用are those..?提問，然后點擊印證，讓全班一起回答。

　　教師再次分別指著課件中貨架上的幾個盒子問：what are those？點擊后引導學生用they are …回答。   教師進行板書。  

　　（四）let’s talk：

　　播放錄音2遍。

　　教師再次播放錄音（每兩句話按一次暫停），學生完成聽力練習：

　　listen and circle：

　　are these/those tomatoes？yes，they are./ no, they aren’t.

　　these are/aren’t carrots.

　　they are/aren’t potatoes.

　　these/those are onions.

　　are these/those cucumbers?  yes, they are.

　　核對答案，了解學生完成情況。

　　學生聽錄音，后跟讀、模仿。

　　分小組做對話練習。

　　（五）let’s check：

　　教師連續播放三次錄音。第一遍讓學生先聽錄音，第二遍勾出與錄音內容相符的一項，第三遍檢查。錄音內容如下：

　　are these goats？ yes，they are.

　　are those horses?  no, they aren’t.

　　are these potatoes? yes, they are.

　　look at the hens. they are fat.

　　【課題】unit 5  how much is it?

　　【教學重點】學習新句型：how much are they? a pair of …for ….

　　【教學難點】在情景交際中正確使用how much are they? a pair of …for ….句型。

　　【教具準備】

　　1、單詞卡片。

　　2、衣物圖片。

　　3、教材相配套的教學課件。

　　4、教材相配套的教學錄音帶。

　　【教學過程】

　　熱身/復習（warm-up/revision）

　　1、let’s do

　　教師發出口令，孩子聽到口令后出示圖片并做出相應的動作。

　　2、學生說唱本單元的歌謠。

　　呈現新課 （presentation）

　　教師出示let’s learn部分的掛圖，讓孩子表演圖中的情景，教師與學生共同表演對話。教師挑出兩雙鞋，一雙適合自己的腳，另一雙或大或小，然后讓學生猜哪一雙是自己的鞋。學生猜過兩三次后，教師告訴學生：i take size 38 sneakers. which pair is mine? please guess! 學生猜出后，教師問學生：what size do you wear？指導學生回答：size ….

　　教師指導學生做問答練習，然后調查同伴的鞋的號碼，進行小組匯報。

　　教師指著一雙鞋問：how much are they? can you guess?教師指導學生進行猜價格的游戲，用down 和up指導學生向上猜或向下猜。

　　待學生能夠熟悉句型后，教師為學生放vcd，讓學生感知對話內容。

　　學生跟錄音朗讀課文，教師指導學生朗讀。學生分角色朗讀對話。進行pair work，分組表演。

　　group work：

　　教師為學生布置任務，完成書中的表格。學生通過詢問小組成員：how much are your jeans/…?的交流活動，在實際的生活中運用語言。

　　學生完成表格后，再以對話的方式向同學們匯報。

　　（三）趣味操練 （practice）

　　活動：買鞋

　　教師為學生準備寫有各種要求的卡片，如：≤50 yuan   　sandals   size 36 ….

　　活動時，學生兩人一組進行，其中一個抽卡片決定要買的鞋，然后運用學過的語言知識進行交際，并買到要求的鞋。描述買到的鞋向大家匯報，買對、并匯報正確的加兩分，最后評出優勝組，獎勵。

　　（四）擴展性活動（add-activities）

　　教師播放一段購物的視頻錄像，孩子觀看錄像后用自己學過的句子和單詞進行描述。小組交流自己看到的內容。

　　播放錄像，讓孩子邊看邊用英語進行介紹。
