1. they are at a camping site. 他們在露營地。(p60)
1）at 指地方與方向，如：at the station在車站 
at還可指確切的時間，如： at five o'clock在五點
at lunch time在午餐時間
2）site意為：“位置，場所”。如：a site for a new school 建一所新學校的地點
3)camp意為：“露營”。如：go camping  去露營
2. they're showing their things to each other. 他們正互相看他們的東西。(p60)
1) each other意為：“互相”。如：
we see each other at the office everyday. 我們每天在辦公室見面。
2）show their things to... 把他們的東西給……看
show something to somebody把某物給某人看，還可以用show somebody something來表示同樣的意思。詞組中的somebody 如果是人稱代詞，則要用賓格，如：“把你的書給我看�！� 是show your book to me. 也可以是 show me your book.。
3）像這樣的詞還有give (給)，如：“把某物給某人”， give something to somebody,或者 give somebody something!
3. you have a big tent.你有一個大帳篷。(p60)
she has a chair, too. 她也有一把椅子。(p60)
1）have / has意為：“有”（當主語為第三人稱單數時，用has） 在英國口語中常與got 連用，（例如 i've got 代替 i have, she's got代替she has）
2）have 還可以指“吃，飲”如：have breakfast（吃早餐）, have tea（喝茶）
3）have還可以與名詞連用，如：have a swim（去游泳）, have a look（看一看）, have a walk（去散步）
4）too意思是“也”，通常放在句子末尾。如：i know the answer, too. 我也知道答案。
4. what does mike have? 邁克有什么？(p61)
what do they have? 他們有什么？(p61)
what do you have? 你有什么？(p61)
1）“do”，“ does”用于一般現在時，它們通常用在疑問句、否定句中�！癲oes”用于第三人稱單數，其余的用“do”。
2）回答“what does she have?”時，不要忘了動詞 “have”的第三人稱單數形式 “has”，如: “她有一本書”,she has a book.
5. i have a tin of chicken and a tin of fish. 我有一罐雞肉和一罐魚。(p61)
a tin of chicken一罐雞肉  a tin of fish一罐魚肉
chicken 意為“雞肉”， fish 意為“魚肉”， 在這里chicken，fish是不可數名詞，不可數名詞沒有復數，如要計算數量，要在數詞(a, two, three ...)和不可數名詞間加上“量詞 + of”。例如：
a glass of water 一（玻璃）杯水  a carton of milk  一（紙盒）牛奶
a piece of paper一張紙  three bags of rice  三袋米
