設計意圖:通過日常口語操練,培養學生的口語表達能力。復習舊知識。
step iii: presentation
in this unit ken and ann will play instruments in their school concert.have them watch the video and answer:
1.what will ken, ann and david do in the concert?
what are they doing now?
2.will ken’s parents go to the concert?
what will he do?
3. what is happening now?
4. who is happening now?
5. who will play the drums?
play the tape.
have the children listen.
play the tape again and have the children repeat.
pin up the poster on the blackboard. point to each picture and tell the story to the children using the passages at the bottom of the pages.
the text tells more about the story.
have the children read the text individually. when they finish, have them answer the question.
