活動目標：
1.認識無官，初步了解五官的主要作用。
2.愿意跟著老師點點、說說五官，樂意參與與老師的互動。
活動準備：
1.自制圖片一張（沒有五官的小朋友）
2.糖果若干；
3.香水一瓶；
4.音頻幾段：小動物的叫聲；
活動過程：
一、導入
出示圖片（沒有五官的小朋友），教師引導幼兒初步認識五官。（當幼兒回答不出的時候，可以引導幼兒看看旁邊小朋友的臉）
二、游戲“點五官”。
教師用食指在自己臉上點五官，每點一處請幼兒說出五官名稱。
教師說出五官名稱，請幼兒點出自己的五官。
（此環節中教師點五官和說五官的速度可以由慢到快，讓幼兒感受速度變化帶來的快樂）
三、了解五官的作用。
想想說說五官的作用。
1.“我們的眼睛有什么用？”（看）
（準備一些小東西，提問小朋友看到了什么，回答出來把東西送給小朋友）
2.“我們的嘴巴有什么用？”（吃、說）
（準備糖果，讓小朋友嘗嘗糖果，說說味道）
3.“我們的鼻子有什么用？”（聞、呼吸）
（準備香水，讓小朋友聞一聞，了解鼻子的作用）
4.“我們的耳朵有什么用？”（聽）
（放幾段音頻，請小朋友聽聽，是什么動物的叫聲，了解耳朵的作用）
教師小結：我們的五官這么厲害，小朋友要好好愛護它們哦，不用臟手揉眼睛，不挖鼻孔，不掏耳朵，不把臟東西放到嘴巴里，不把小東西放在口、鼻、耳中。
四、活動延伸：眼睛看看、找找教室里的小花，找到后貼到自己的身上；嘴巴有點渴了，我們找找小茶杯，喝喝水。（過渡到生活環節）
認識五官 篇3
一、說教材分析
新《綱要》中指出幼兒園必須“把保護幼兒的生命和促進幼兒的健康放在工作的首位。樹立正確的健康觀念”。在本次活動中，設計通過游戲、觀察圖片的形式，了解我們臉上的五官以及要保護好我們臉上的五官。如：先照鏡子找找我們臉上有哪些器官，再通過游戲的方式讓幼兒能根據指令迅速指出眼、耳、口、鼻等部位。在了解了臉上的各個器官后，再通過看圖片的方式讓幼兒知道要保護好自己臉上的五官，知道要關心自己的小身體。因此我在本次活動中除了讓幼兒體驗到快樂的情感，更以調動幼兒積極性，培養幼兒的表達表現能力為主要目的。
二、說教學重點、難點
重點：讓每一個孩子都認識到不能將異物塞進耳朵和鼻子里，否則后果嚴重。
難點：認識臉上的五官以及感知正確的位置。
三、說教學準備
1.每位幼兒一面小鏡子。小朋友的臉部特寫照片一張。
2.自制圖片3張。圖1：醫生正在為小朋友檢查塞入異物的耳朵和鼻子；圖2：小朋友的臉部特寫，其雙眼發紅；圖3：小朋友的臉譜圖，上面的耳朵、鼻子、嘴巴等五官小圖可以自由粘貼或取下。
四、說教學過程
第一個環節：首先我出示一張寶寶的臉部特寫照片，讓幼兒初步了解人臉上的器官，說一說寶寶臉上有什么？然后讓幼兒照鏡子，用眼睛看自己臉上的五官以及正確的位置，再以游戲的形式讓幼兒用手摸摸自己臉上五官的位置。
1.出示照片，讓幼兒說一說五官的名稱和數量。
教師：瞧！這個小朋友的照片多神氣呀！他想考考你們知不知道臉上都長了些什么？
幼兒看照片說出嘴巴、眼睛、鼻子、耳朵的數量。
2.教師和幼兒共同觀察面部，說出大致的形狀。
教師：請小朋友拿鏡子照照我們的小臉，看看自己的臉上都有些什么？
教師啟發幼兒用鏡子照照自己的五官，說出它們的名稱。幼兒每說出一種，教師便和幼兒一起看看、摸摸。
3.教師和幼兒共同玩游戲“鼻子、鼻子、眼睛”。
教師：請小朋友和我一起玩個游戲，名稱叫“鼻子、鼻子、眼睛”。
教師說明游戲的玩法：游戲開始時，教師念“鼻子、鼻子”時，食指點在自己的鼻子上。當說到最后“眼睛”時，手指再換成點指相應的部位。教師可以將“眼睛”換成其他部位。
教師和幼兒共同游戲。教師注意觀察幼兒所指的部位是否正確。
第二個環節：通過觀察圖片讓幼兒知道要保護好自己臉上的好朋友，不能把東西塞到鼻子和耳朵里，也不能用臟手揉眼睛，否則后果會很嚴重在這個環節中讓幼兒多說我們不能怎么做，要怎么來保護我們臉上的器官。
4.教師出示自制圖片，引導幼兒要保護自己的五官。
教師出示自制圖片1，請幼兒說一說醫生為什么要檢查小朋友的耳朵和鼻子。
教師：小朋友可不能學他們，我們要保護好自己臉上的好朋友，不能把東西塞到鼻子和耳朵里。
教師出示圖2，請幼兒說一說小朋友的眼睛為什么會紅紅的。
教師：不能用臟臟的小手揉眼睛，也不能長時間看電視，還要記住看電視時要保持一定的距離。
第三個環節：我設計了一張空白的臉譜，讓幼兒在空白的臉譜上粘貼五官。在粘貼的過程中，幼兒更能感知五官在臉上的正確位置，我并輔以簡單的兒歌這樣幼兒更容易掌握。幼兒在一邊做一邊說的過程中更加了解臉上的五官從而知道要保護自己的小身體。
5.出示教學掛圖，引導幼兒討論五官的位置。
教師：在這個圓圓的臉上少了什么？它應在臉的什么地方？
幼兒每說出一種，教師便出示相應器官的圖片，放在臉譜上。
教師和幼兒以欣賞兒歌作小結。
