unit 2 healthy eating第一部分《金色教案》教學設計說明about the topic and the structures單元話題和結構本單元的中心話題是“健康飲食”。本單元將通過談論健康飲食,讓學生了解飲食與健康方面的有關知識并且能根據所學知識審視自己、審視食物,提高健康飲食意識,并在日常生活中少吃漢堡、薯條等高熱量低營養食品,多吃水果、蔬菜和谷物,遠離肥胖和亞健康狀態。本單元語言功能項目是:“提建議”、“看醫生”和“同意與不同意”。本單元語言結構項目依然是“情態動詞”。本單元還要求學生學習寫作“勸說文:廣告”。《金色教案》教學設計在單元課時劃分上與課本保持一致,即“閱讀課、知識課、運用課三課時/三課型劃分”。但在實際教學過程中,建議教師依據學生基礎、教學條件、學校安排的因素,對課本、對《金色教案》教學設計重新劃分課時,裁剪、拼接使用提供的材料,以便“物盡所用”,達到最佳教學效果。教師也可以參照《金色教案》提供的“實際教學過程課時劃分建議”進行教學。period 1reading 閱讀課warming up 教師選擇使用提供的warming up by learning vocabulary, 或者warming up by sharing opinions進行熱身,激發學生的閱讀興趣,導入本課,為reading部分的閱讀做好鋪墊。pre-reading 引導學生通過questioning and answering進行操作。reading課文主要講述王鵬偉和詠慧開飯店的不同風格,經營的菜肴以及顧客對不同食品的不同反響,反映了現代人對飲食的關注和時尚追求。文章結尾一句話the competition between the two restaurants was on!給讀者留下了懸念, 引起學生極大興趣,使學生有繼續閱讀的欲望。建議通過下列活動looking and listening,reading aloud to the recording, reading and underlining,understanding difficult sentences,reading to decide on the type of writing and summary of the text,引導學生從形式到內容掌握課文。最后是closing down by retelling the text。period 2learn ing about language 知識課learning about language 主要突出本單元的重點詞匯和主要語法項目。通過warming up by having a dictation,discovering useful words and expressions,learning about grammar, reading ready used materials for modal verbs: ought to / ought not to / have to / don’t have to / mustn’t / needn’t 和closing down by doing a quiz 等活動,幫助學生熟練掌握情態動詞ought to / ought not to / have to / don’t have to / mustn’t / needn’t的各種語用功能。period 3using language運用課using language涵蓋了聽、說、讀、寫四個部分。首先是 warming up by listening and reading aloud,然后是reading and underlining,doing exercises, guided speaking——talking with foreigners about chinese food, guided writing。之后是 further applying —acting a text play,最后以closing down by reading more about eating結課。實際教學過程課時劃分建議period 1將warming up、 pre-reading、reading和comprehending整合在一起上一節“閱讀課”。
