[解釋] there stood gladys claffern倒裝句。在謂語為動(dòng)詞go, come, run, stand, live等表示位置轉(zhuǎn)移的動(dòng)詞及be動(dòng)詞的句子中,為了強(qiáng)調(diào)句子中一些副詞there, here, up, down, in, out, away等，可將副詞置于句首，若這時(shí)主語是名詞，句子用全倒裝；若是代詞，則不用倒裝。
