2.情態動詞
情態動詞的考查常結合完形填空篇章上下文背景信息。

考點三、換位思考 挖空設題
在閱讀英文文章過程中,考生應帶著完形填空的意識去審視一篇文章的遣詞造句,換位到試卷命題者角度,對一篇文章能從文化背景知識,生活常識,情感經歷共鳴,上下文語境等情境方面設題,或者從詞組搭配,詞義辨析,語法結構或邏輯過渡詞語等語言知識角度設題。
這種思維方式的不斷演練能提高考生對完形填空上述設題角度的敏感性,從而提高解答完形題空的題感和更好理解篇章的語感。因此碰到符合完形填空題材和體裁特點的好文章,至少要按以下步驟閱讀三遍。
步驟一:通讀全文,領會大意;
步驟二:細讀全文,挖詞設空;
步驟三:回讀全文,推敲詞句。
