實踐教會我們耐心，并且怎樣對不同個性的人作出反應。[點撥] respond to 意思如下：  1.to give a spoken or written answer to （口頭或書面）回答，回應。相當于reply to   e.g.: she never responded to my letter. 她從來沒給我回過信。  2.how did they respond to the news? 他們對這一消息有什么反應。3.反應靈敏，作出正確反應the car responds very well to the controls. 這汽車操縱自如。as with sports teams, group work can only be successful when group members respect, help and support each other, while the work division is clear and each member perfoms at the right level in the role that is most suitable to him or her..體育運動隊也是如此。盡管運動員分工明確，每個隊員在最適合自己的位置上發揮恰當的作用，但是只有當隊員們相互尊重，相互幫助，相互支持時，隊伍才能取得成功。[點撥]  as with sports teams, =as/so it is with sports teams[點撥]  while 意思是“although/in spite of the fact” “雖然；盡管”之意，常置于句首。e.g.: while i am willing to help, i do not have much time available.    盡管我愿意幫忙，但是沒有多少時間。…while people who are mainly listening and commenting are often the ones to keep an eye on procedures that must be followed.而那些主要發表評論和聽取評論的人經常是那些關注必須遵守的比賽程序的人。[點撥]  keep an eye on 相當于take care sb./sth.是“照看、留神、留意”之意。   e.g.: we’ve asked the neighbors to keep an eye on the house for us while we are away.       我們已請鄰居在我們離開時幫我們照看房子。how the tasks of the group are divided depends on the personalities and abilities of the individuals in the group.如何分配團隊的任務取決于隊伍中每個人的特性和能力。[點撥] 1.how the tasks of the group are divided 是由連接副詞how引導的主語從句   e.g.: when we shall have our sports meet is still a question.       =it is still a question when we shall have our sports meet.   e.g.: whether he will join us won’t make too much difference.       =it won’t make too much difference whether he will join us.   2.主語從句還可由what等代詞引導，這一情況不使用it作形式主語   e.g.: what you need is more practice. 你需要的是更多的練習。   e.g.: whatever wad said here must be kept secret.這里說的任何話都應當保密。   3.主語從句還可以由連詞that引導。這一情況大多將主語從句后置，而it用作形式上的主語，口語中that可以省略   e.g.: it’s not your fault that this has happened.發生了這樣的事不是你的錯。
