        本單元圍繞國慶放假（the national day holiday）這一話題，把有關談論過去所做的事情的日常交際用語、詞匯和語言結構有機地結合起來，重點介紹了問句：what did you do …?及其應答i/we … 在教學過程中，教師可結合學生的生活實際，積極創設各種生動活潑并較為真實的情景來引導學生理解和運用所學知識。教師在設計和組織活動時應注意身邊資源的利用，過去式表達的操練在情景選擇上要注意得體和自然流暢。動詞的教學可結合詞組，運用體態語言和歌謠的方式進行。
