back courtings: 小學英語教學的主要任務是通過生動活潑的課堂教學,激發學生學習英語的濃厚興趣和培養良好的英語學習習慣,為今后英語學習打下良好的基礎。“學習的最好刺激是對所學教材的興趣。”對于學困生來說,興趣將直接影響教學效果,而學生學習興趣的形成和強化都離不開教師的激發和培養。因此,如何來培養學生的學習興趣是至關重要的。本課教授的句型"how are you?"及不同狀態的不同回答,學生是很有興趣的。我備課時,著重為我的幾個“觀望生”設計了各自的任務,對于個性內向的江雯,我在課前安排她做小老師,帶領大家進行第四單元的復習會話,以鼓勵她建立自信,更積極地投入到課堂學習氛圍只中。對于愛動的馮智航,我在教學過程中,不斷地以各種肢體語言帶動他的情緒,對他多加注意,用眼神提醒他,讓他在課堂上沒有做小動作的機會。對于不愛回答問題的褚衍龍和闞國豪,我則給他們安排簡單的問題,易于他們完成任務,并及時給與肯定和鼓勵,讓他們感受到課堂上被獎勵的樂趣,從不同的角度出發,針對不同的“觀望生”,分配不同的課堂任務,讓他們每個人真正地融入到課堂學習中。
