4. 培養學生關心他人的好習慣.
課前準備:
教師:多媒體軟件;醫生的白大褂,聽診器,溫度計,小電筒等;52份聽力材料:作為獎勵的彩色小圖片:漢堡,扇子.可樂.西瓜.椅子,熱狗,毯子,藥片等;內科、牙科、耳鼻喉科、骨科四個自制的牌子。
學生: 自帶各種飲料,食物.溫度計,藥片等實物.
教學模式:情景教學法
教學過程
step 1:warming up. (值日生做小老師,帶領大家進行課前五分鐘的英語交際活動。)
1.free talk a;who’s on duty today? b:i am.
a:what day is it today? b:i t’s thursday.
….
2.play a game. (小老師說,同學們做動作.)
(1).t:touch your head/tooth/stomach /….open/close your eyes/mouth…
(2).t:you’ve got a headache/toothache/stomach ache/cough/fever…
(3).you feel tired/cold/hot/ill/hungry/thirsty/sleepy…
3.sing a body song.(邊唱邊做動作)
【別具一格的課前五分鐘活動,創設了一個生動活潑的課堂教學氣氛,在極短的時間內吸引了學生,給人一種“課伊始,趣亦生”的感覺.小老師說英語,同學們做動作,一方面使學生全身心地投入到活動中來,充分調動了學生學習的積極性,另一方面通過學生的游戲和唱歌,全面地復習了表示人體部位的名詞,表示疾病的名詞和表示感覺的形容詞.,為下文的學習新知打下了伏筆.】
step2: 1.(英語老師上場,邊走邊說)t:i feel hot now.how do you feel now? s:i feel hot/hungry/thirsty/cold/ill/… now
t:i can get a glass of water/a hamburger/some oranges/a chair…. for you. s:thank you.)

【上面學生剛唱過歌,做過動作,所以老師借助這個逼真的情景自然引出句型“how do you feel now?”,這兒銜接自然,設計巧妙,真實情景的創設激發了學生說的欲望,發揮了他們的主體性。】
step3:to review the drills“what’s wrong with you? i’ve got a….”
1. t:.look,i have a friend ,mr. cat. he’s ill.
can you ask him?(人--機對話)
(人):hi,mr cat,how are you? (機):not so good.
(人):what’s wrong with you?
(機) :i’ve got a bad cough.(伴有咳嗽聲)
