第一教時
一、教學目標
1、知識目標:
1)、會聽、說、讀、寫單詞和詞組: favourite、halloween、new year’s day、may day、children’s day、easter、national day
2)、會聽、說、讀、寫句型:
when’s…? it’s on/in…
what do people usually do at/on…? they usually…
3)、能聽、說、讀其他東西方節日單詞和詞匯,并能運用新句型進行語言交際。
2、能力目標:
1)、充分利用各種資源,讓學生搜集有關東西方節日風俗的資料,創設自主學習、交流、合作空間,培養學生自主學習、合作探究和自主解決問題的能力。
2)、培養學生協作能力。
3、情感目標:
1)、培養學生自主學習興趣,小組協作精神和積極參與意識。
2)、了解東西方節日風俗及風土人情,加強文化意識的培養。
二、教學重難點:
1、教學重點:
1)、四會單詞和詞匯以及句型的掌握。
2)、favourite holiday報告的報告和寫作。
2、教學難點:搜索東西方節日資料,分清不同節日里人們常做的事情,完成最喜歡節日的寫作。
三、教學策略:
本次教學注重學生口語表達(語段)與閱讀能力的提高,合理的開發和利用圖片等資源擴大學生的知識面,盡可能極大地提高學生學習英語的興趣,激發他們的求知欲望,從而有效地提高了其聽、說、讀、寫的整體能力。
四、教學準備
多媒體課件(白板適用);下發閱讀材料等。
教學過程

what’s your favourite present?(present favourite), it means you like something very very very…much.
we are always happy on our birthdays, they’re happy days in the year. there are also other happy days in the year, long or short, we can visit friends and have a good time, they’re…holidays.
在愉悅的“圣誕”音樂中開始本課,創設輕松的學習氛圍并指向學習的主題;由自由談話自然談及學生生日從而自然地教授“delicious”等新單詞,學生可以聯系自己的實際生活來理解這些新單詞,為下面的學習作好鋪墊;在自然交談中初步滲透本課句型“what do people usually do on? did you … last year?”等,以舊引新,使學生更好地理解和使用本課句型。
