第六課時一、教學目標與要求1.能夠聽、說、認讀句子:they are very different.2.能夠完成let's check部分的練習。二、教學重、難點分析 本課時教學重點和難點是理解let's read中的短文。三、課前準備1.教師準備錄音機及錄音帶。2.教師準備a、b部分let's learn的單詞卡片和b let's read的掛圖。四、教學步驟和建議1.熱身(warm-up)(1)教師放第二單元let's sing部分的歌曲“where are you going?”,學生一起拍手唱。(2)教師放let’s chant部分的歌"let's chant tell me about your pen pal",學生跟錄音有節奏地說唱。2.預習(preview)(1)學生聽錄音跟讀a、b部分let's learn,let's talk和a let's read的內容。(2)教師出示a、b部分let's learn的單詞卡片,學生就單詞卡片進行問答練習,如:what is your hobby? does your uncle live in beijing?等等。(3)“拼單詞”游戲學生分成若干小組。教師報一個四會單詞,如:stamp,各小組第一排的學生爭取第一個起立拼出該單詞,首先正確拼出單詞的為本組贏得一分。(4)學生交流匯報task time的完成情況,如:“…is a…he/she goes to work at…he/she goes to work by…he/she lives in…he/she…in the evening”。3. 新課呈現(presentation)let’s read(1)教師說:“do you remember alice and her twin sister? they look the same·” 后教師指著班上的兩名學生問:“do they look the same?”引導學生給出否定回答。教師給出完整回答:“no,they don't.they look different.”教師板書different,帶讀。教師接著問:“do they have the same hobbies?”引導學生說出否定回答:“no,they don't.”教師說:“they’re very different.”教師向學生展示本部分的掛圖,手指圖中的孿生姐妹對學生說:“this is alice. this is her twin sister.they look the same,but do they like the same things? do they go to school together? let's read.”教師放本部分的錄音,讓學生打開課本,帶著問題閱讀。教師根據短文內容提問,以下問題供參考: ①does alice go to school bv bike? ②does ann go to school by bike? ③does alice read newspapers every evening? ④does ann read newspapers every evening? ⑤does alice play at the park on saturdays? ⑥does ann play at the park on saturdays?(2)教師指導學生完成write the questions and the answers的練習。(3)教師放let's read部分的錄音,學生聽錄音跟讀。(4)四人小組試讀短文,然后請兩、三個小組朗讀短文。let's play(1)請一名學生上臺,他心中想好某一個同學的名字,臺下學生通過提問猜這名學生是誰,如:“does he go to schoo1 by bus? does he like playing football/…?”也可進行男女生比賽,看哪一隊用最少的does引導的問句猜出這名學生的名字。(2)四人小組做游戲。let's check(1)教師指導學生完成let's check部分的練習listen and write the answers。 錄音內容如下:woman:bill lives in australia.he works in a tv company.he goes to work by bus. he usually reads newspapers on the bus.he goes back home at about six. he watches tv in the evening.he likes collecting stamps.he often plays basketball on weekends.(2)“記者招待會”活動 請一名學生上臺扮演一位名人舉行一次記者招待會,其他學生扮演記者。記者分別向“名人”提問,如:where do you live? what does your mother do? what does your father do? what is your hobby? do you have a pen pal? where does he five?等等,扮演名人的學生盡量給出合情合理的回答。4.鞏固和延伸(consolidation and extension)(1)學生做本單元b let's read部分的活動手冊配套練習。(2)學生聽本單元的錄音,讀給家長或同伴聽。(3)學生背誦并書寫本單元四會單詞和句子。
