第二教時
一、教學內容
unit 4 a部分第三、四幅圖及數字1—12
二、教學目標
1. 進一步鞏固句子what’s the time? it’s … o’clock. it’s time to get up / go to school / have lunch.
2. 能聽的懂會說you can … shall we …?
3. 能快速反應數字1—12
三、教學難點
1. 能在相應的情景中熟練運用上述句子。
2. 能快速說出數字或數字串。（數字1—12 雖然沒有專門教過，但3a共有12個單元，學生通過讀每個單元的標題應該已能準確說出它們來，所以教師應把訓練的重點放在對數字的快速反應上）
四、教學準備
1. 可粘貼的教具鐘一個。
2. 新制可粘貼圖片兩張，內容分別是go home, watch tv。
3. 作息時間表一張，大些，可掛在黑板上讓學生看見。
五、教學過程
1. revision
1) everyday english
2) 利用教具鐘及圖片練習what’s the time now? it’s … o’clock. it’s time to…
2. new teaching
1) 出示作息時間表，用已學過的句子與學生談論該表，并在此過程中自然地引出新句子shall we…及you can…并教會學生說。
例如：教師可說shall we go to school at seven o’clock? shall we have lunch at 10 o’clock? you can have lunch at 11 o’clock. you can go home at 4 o’clock and i can go home at 5 o’clock. and so on.
(建議教師也可隨機介紹一下you can’t…以便學生更好地理解you can…的含義，同時也豐富了語言的輸入)
2)教師利用圖片讓學生同桌練說what’s the time? shall we…?及you can…
3. listen and read the text
4. act in pairs
教師可先與一到兩個好學生示范表演，期間也可補充些有助于豐富對話內容的新句子如：sorry, you can’t. it’s too late. 等供學有余力的學生參考使用，而后再讓學生小組準備后表演。
5. number games and a song
1)用英語說出常見的號碼，如：119, 120, 12315, 110, …
2)教師快速閃動自制的車牌，表明違章車輛飛馳而過，讓學生進行口述車牌比賽。
3)速記電話號碼的比賽。
4)a number song ( from chants and rhymes for 3b)

第三教時
一、教學目標：
1、學生能靈活的運用數詞1—12來表達整點時間數。
2、學生能結合圖片練說句子：what’s the time, please? it’s… time to… let’s go. shall we…?
3、能背誦歌謠jack has a clock.
二、教學重點：能熟練在情景中運用本單元所學的日常交際用語及十二個數詞。
三、教學難點：靈活運用本單元的日常交際用語。
四、教學用具：掛圖、鐘
五、教學過程：
step 1. warming-up
1、 sing some english songs: “the number song” and “what’s the time”
2、 free talk:
1) 師生之間用good morning /afternoon. how are you? 互相問候。
2) 指著室內的物品用what’s this/that (in english , on the desk in the pencil box) it’s a …與學生問答。
