教學目標:
1、知識目標: 掌握本單元的四會詞匯。
2、能力目標:
(1) 能夠運用本單元所學的單詞組成句子，運用到實際生活中去。
(2)閱讀理解故事內容,培養(yǎng)初步的閱讀意識和閱讀策略，提高閱讀的興趣，逐步提高閱讀理解故事的能力。
3、情感態(tài)度與價值觀:
通過本單元的學習，讓學生進行口語交流,培養(yǎng)用英語進行交際的能力。
教學重難點：
1、 本單元的重點單詞、句型。
2、 頻率副詞的區(qū)別與運用。
3、閱讀理解故事內容，并學會復述。
教具、學具準備：教師卡片、錄音機等。
教學過程：
一、greetings
1、greeting.
2、song：選擇一首同學們喜歡的本單元學過的英文歌曲。
二、revision
1、復習表示房間的單詞：
t: hello, everyone.今天老師想檢驗大家的記憶力，看看誰的記憶力最棒。教師出示單詞卡，每個詞讀一邊之后，讓學生回答：what do you see inmy hand ? （采用這個“過目不忘”的游戲，避免了學生枯燥的讀的過程。）
2、利用書中的題目進行測試。
t: now let’s have a quiz. look at thesepictures.(教師放錄音，讓學生口頭回答后再寫下來 ,集體訂正。)
(1) t: is this a refrigerator or a stove?
s: it’s a stove.
(2) t: are these dishes clean or dirty?
s: the dishes are clean.
t: lookat my hands. are these dirty or clean?
s: theyare dirty .
t: nowwhat am i doing?
s: youare washing your hands.
t: arethese dirty or clean now?
s:clean.
(3) t: is this a bathtub or a shower?
s: it’s a shower.
(4) t: what is mr.smith doing?
s: mr.smith is washing the dishes in the sink.
t: do you usually help your mother ? （討論后回答）
(5) t: where’s the toilet ?
s: the toilet is in the bathtub.
（ 通過這一環(huán)節(jié)不僅完成了書上的練習，同時也復習了課本上的內容。）
三、story: （教師在讓學生聽故事之前，出示幾個問題）
did baby becky have fun?
did her mother have fun？ why not?
where does baby becky “help” her mother cook?
how does baby becky get dirty?
where does her mother take baby becky when she is dirty?
where does her mother go when she is tired?
do you like this story ? why or why not?
( 設計問題幫助學生理解故事大意。)
放錄音，學生閱讀理解，可采取小組討論的形式，還可以讓學生自己提出問題，其他學生幫助解決。（培養(yǎng)初步的閱讀意識和閱讀策略，提高閱讀的興趣，逐步提高閱讀理解故事的能力。）
