PEP小學英語 Book 5 Unit 4 What can you do?
一、教學目標與要求1、知識目標
聽說認讀動詞詞組empty the trash和聽說讀寫cook the meals, water the flowers, sweep the floor, clean the bedroom有關家務勞動的詞組,并初步熟悉句型“what can you do? i can …”。
2、能力目標
在情境中自然地運用所學的詞組和句型。
3、情感目標
培養學生養成愛勞動的好習慣
二、教學重點與難點
如何利用所提供的對話和情景滾動舊知識、學習新知識,并在恰當的情景中運用
三、課前準備
1、動詞卡片,chicken, duck, goose, hen的卡通圖畫
2、一塊抹布、一個鍋鏟,一把掃把和一個裝有垃圾的垃圾桶(事先在教室里放好),幾片廢紙(課前丟在教室里)

四、教學步驟
step 1 warm up
guessing game: hello, everyone, nice to meet you! do you know what is my name? please guess according to the following (課件顯示資料).
it has five letters. the first letter is in bed, not in bird.
the second letter is in mice, not in rice.
the third one is in ice, not in cake.
the fourth one is in like, not in bike.
the fifth one is in you, not in tofu.
so what’s my name? emily.
(通過單詞當中的字母對比,猜出老師的名字。在拉進師生距離的同時,引導學生進入英語學習狀態,并為下一個環節做鋪墊)

1、家庭物品復習
t: i’m emily. i have a happy family. (課件顯示家庭照片)
in my home, you can see a sofa and a tv for my family.
in my home, you can see a table and a chair for my family.
in my home, you can see a shelf and a phone for my family.
how about you?
ss introduce their home to me freely.
(通過家庭物品的復習,發散學生的思維,培養家庭情感)
2、 呈現、操練clean the bedroom
a. i love my family. i’m very helpful at home.(邊說邊在黑板上貼出helpful). i can do many things. look, this is rap. (教師拿起抹布)
oh, the desk is dirty, i can clean the desk, clean the desk, ca ca ca, ca ca ca(模仿擦.桌子的聲音)
oh, the bed is dirty, i can clean the bed, clean the bed, ca ca ca, ca ca ca……
教師拿著一塊抹布,創設在臥室里打掃衛生的情景,一邊找臟的地方,一邊擦。
(用富有節奏感和感染力的擬聲詞,趣味呈現clean 詞組,進行初步操練,吸引學生參與其中。)
b. i’m helpful at home. i can clean the bedroom.(出示卡片領讀,指出clean 中的ea發[i:]) can you clean the bedroom? what else can you clean? 把任務交給學生,學生邊做動作邊說。對于能正確表達的,用“you are helpful.”進行表揚。
3、呈現操練cook the meals
a. i’m helpful. i can clean the bedroom.老師故意手上拿著鍋鏟做著燒飯的動作,嘴上卻說著clean the bedroom, 讓學生來糾錯。由此引出 i can cook the meals, too.
(讓學生來糾老師的錯,會讓學生感覺到自己很厲害,很能干,由此注意力更加集中,興趣更加濃厚)
b.領讀詞組,教師讓學生反復讀meal, 引導他們發現meal中的ea也發[i:],并與meat 對比。引導學生替換cook中的字母c成另一單詞,如book, look,進行讀音歸類,加強記憶。
