d. ok, let’s cook the meals together. 學生與老師一起邊做動作邊說: cook the meals, shua shua shua(擬聲詞,模仿炒菜的聲音)。在學生炒得起勁的時候,老師趁機問cook what? 如一個學生回答potato, 那么師生就一起炒potato,“cook the potatoes, cook the potatoes, shua shua shua”…在學生炒得投入的時候,由老師接過話匣子,報菜名,
t: tofu.
ss: cook the tofu, shua shua shua.
t: onion.
ss: cook the onions, shua shua shua
……
t: flowers.
ss: cook the flowers, shua shua shua.
這時候老師停下來問到,can you cook the flowers? i think we should water the flowers. it’s better.
(運用一個mistake自然地過渡到water the flowers)
4、操練water the flowers
a. 學生讀卡片,water the flowers
b. 把學生當作flowers進行操練
t: all of you are flowers. let’s water the flowers. first, group 1, 3, 5, 7 water, group 2, 4, 6, 8 are flowers. then change.
(把學生當作花進行澆灌,既貼切又形象,頓時趣味百生)
5、 呈現操練sweep the floor
a. 教師在與學生一起澆花的時候,不小心打翻了垃圾桶,由此引出sweep the floor。
t: oh, i’m sorry. here is a broom. let me sweep the floor. who can sweep the floor, help me,please.
b.領讀,對比sleep, sheep, 加強記憶和提高拼讀能力
(由于老師的不小心自然而然地引出sweep the floor.,不留痕跡)
6、呈現、操練empty the trash
a. 由sweep the floor 自然地過渡到empty the trash. 學生試著用已有的知識拼讀生詞,展示拼讀過程
b. 在教室走動的過程中發現廢紙(課前準備好的),學生撿起廢紙,傳遞垃圾到垃圾桶, 邊傳邊說trash, then empty the trash.
(學生邊傳紙條邊說,在傳的過程中,輕松掌握了trash這個詞)
