unit 5 my new room第四課時一、教學重點
能聽、說、讀、寫單詞：in, on, under, behind, near。
能夠聽說認讀單詞：over, in front of和句子“where is …? it’s ….”，并能在一定情景中正確運用。
二、教學難點
熟練掌握七個方位介詞的用法，特別是“in front of”。
三、課前準備
1.教師準備教學過程中所需要的圖片、聲音和課件。
2.教師準備錄音機及錄音帶。
四、教學過程
warm—up（熱身）
（1）唱一唱
① 教師播放歌曲“i am a boy and you are a girl.”兩遍，學生小聲跟唱。
② 教師領讀歌詞后，學生大聲跟唱，并鼓勵學生加些動作。
presentation（新課呈現）
⑴ 學一學
① 教師出示圖中“in”的圖，問學生：“where is the ball?”，領讀“in”。
② 教師請學生用“in”說一說他們的鉛筆在哪里。學生可以把鉛筆放在任意一樣東西的里面說，如：it’s in the pencil-box. it’s in the desk. it’s in my hand.等等。
③ 用同樣的方法學習“on”和“under”，強調字母o和u在單詞中的發音。
④ 教師分別給出“behind, near, over, in front of”四個單詞及其圖片。教師邊讀邊把圖放到相應的單詞旁，讓學生理解其意，也加深印象。
⑤ 教師提問學生：“where is the pencil?”，學生這回可以把鉛筆放在任意一地，回答道：“my pencil is on the chair. it’s in front of the pencil-case”等等。
⑥ 學生兩人一組做問答練習，鼓勵學生可以問學過的任何事物，而后請若干組表演對話。
如：a: where is the light?
b: it’s over the desk.
⑵ 說一說
① 學生看p61的圖，教師播放錄音兩遍，提問學生：“where is the trash bin?”，學生答出：“it’s near the table.”。
② 教師指著圖中的書桌問：“where is the desk?”，學生答出：“it’s in front of the window.”。學生仿照提問進行問答練習。
③ 學生兩人一組，指著圖中的物品“where is the …?”做問答練習。提問一個物品學生劃掉相應的圖，直至圖中所有的物品都被問到。
let’s play（趣味操練）
⑴ let’s chant it（見劍橋一級下p16）
① 教師播放chant 的錄音，學生看圖打著節拍小聲跟讀。
② 播放兩遍錄音，學生按節奏大聲跟讀。
⑵ listen and find out
① 教師說：“there is mirror behind the closet. can you find more mistakes?”，請學生繼續找出圖中的錯誤。
② 學生先圈出圖中的錯誤，而后用英語表達出來。如，“there is an end table on the bed.”。
consolidation and extension（鞏固與擴展）
⑴ 做一做（見劍橋一級下p28）
① 教師點擊課件，出圖（沒有文字）。學生聽兩遍歌曲后，教師點擊文字，學生看文字再聽兩遍歌曲。
② 學生根據歌詞內容把圖拖放到相應的位置上。
③ 教師請學生說一說每個小動物的位置，如：“the little fish is on the bookshelf.”。
⑵ listen and answer the questions
① 教師播放錄音三遍，請學生說一說、讀一讀四個問題，而后帶著問題再聽兩遍錄音。
