一、背景說明下午放學后,高山正在尋找王兵,并且向李老師詢問,王兵正在辦公室幫她的忙嗎?從而引出現在進行時的一般疑問句及其回答,即is wang bing help you? yes,he is./no,he isn’t. or are you running? yes,i am./no,i’m not.

三、教學目標
1、能聽懂、會說、會讀、會拼寫單詞及短語class, over, say, a newspaper, chess, laugh, after school, look for, a picture book, play with。
2、能聽懂、會說、會讀、會寫現在進行時的一般疑問句及其回答。
3、能聽懂、會說、會讀日常交際用語和句型perhaps they are. i’ll go and join them. where are you going?
四、教學重難點
1、聽懂、會說、會讀、會拼寫單詞及短語a newspaper, a picture book, i’ll=i will, join。
2、能聽懂、會說、會讀、會寫現在進行時的一般疑問句及其回答。

六、教學過程
step 1: free talk the students talk about they like , then practice in pairs.
step 2: presentation and practice
1. t: (事先讓兩位學生在辦公室)where are a and b? s1: are they in your office?
t: perhaps they are. please go and get them. t: after school, what do you often do ? such as reading books, playing football, making things and so on. do you have any hobbies?(適當中文解釋)
s: yes, i do. i like…. t: somebody likes reading a newspaper. learn: newspaper
use the same way to teach other two words: magazine, picture book.
2. t: (假裝在找東西) where’s my picture? i’m looking for the pictures. learn: look for
t: who can come here and help me? s2: i can.
t: look, s2 is helping me. s: (the student finds the pictures.)
t: (show them the pictures) this is a study. this is nancy. let’s guess what she is doing in the study? let me guess first. is she reading some books?
s3: is she looking for something?
t: perhaps she is. s4: is she reading a magazine?….
t: look, she is reading a story book in the study. i’ll go and join her.
