teaching steps:
1. free talk
show the clock to the students and have a dialogue with the students .
t: what time is it ?
s: it`s …
t: what do you do at …?
s: i…at…
set the time at 7:50 say : look at the clock . it`s ten to eight .it`s time to have dinner . have a shower before dinner . make sure the students understand “shower”.
2 . h say a rhyme .
listen to the tape and learn to say it .
ask some students to act it out in front of the class.
if time permits ,you can encourage the students to make
up a similar rhyme . change the time and the action .
3 .show the clock to the students again and make up another dialogue with the students .

make sure the students undersand the meaning of this sentence.
if the student says `yes`. you may say `ok! let`s play together .`
if the student say `no`. ask :why ?what are you doing ?

ask the students to practise the dialogue in pairs .they can change the words .
