技術準備 實物,菜譜書,詞卡, 照片, 展示板,自制課件及教材配套多媒體光盤。
教學過程 時間 教學步驟 教師活動 學生活動 教學目的5’ warming up sing a song: bake a cake sort game: hand out some cards (flour, add, butter, pour, milk, break, sugar, salt, mix, bake,… ) sing together classify the words into two catalogs a. verbs b. ingredients some ss stick the cards on the board. read the words together, especially the verbs. (do the action when they read the verbs) 歌曲引入本課,使學生以愉悅的心情進入新課學習 單詞分類活動為后續學習做好語言的準備。 15’ presentation present the task set the task 1. show a cook -book to ss t: shall we make our own cook book? 2. free-talk: what food do you like? can you make it? 3. play a video about cooking a cake t: miss cook is making something. what does she make? how does she make it? 4. elicit the steps of make a cake according to miss cook’s recipe t: (write the sequence adverbs on the blackboard) miss cook’s recipe: first, … then, … next, … after that, … … finally, … scan the cook -book answer the questions according to their experience. watch the video and pay attention to the steps of making a cake take out their board and arrange the sentences for steps of making a cake in order (group work) show their board and do the report 以烹飪書呈現本課任務,激發學生興趣 結合學生實際,切入主題 【教師的自制錄像更能引發學生的學習欲望,在真實的食品制作情景過程中對學生進行有效的信息輸入。】 通過認讀活動,進一步學習食品制作的具體程序;小組合作可以彌補學生學習過程中出現的信息差 5 practice look at the pictures and describe the steps book:page 54 lead ss to observe the pictures first t: what does the person make? how many steps? elicit the key words let ss describe the steps work in groups look at the pictures and answer the teacher’s question say the key words form the pictures: ·1 kg of flour ·2 eggs ·1 cup of sugar ·1 cup of milk ·some butter ·mix
