自主探究——問題發現自我檢測：閱讀課文，分析并翻譯下列長、難句1）at that time people would starve if food was difficult to find, especially during the cold winter months.(主語+be+adj.+to do sth.句式)此句中的to find是動詞不定式的主動形式，但卻表示被動意義。該句使用的是“主語+be+adj.+to do sth.”結構，在該句型中不定式用主動形式表示被動意義。如后面的動詞時不及物動詞，則要加上適當的介詞或副詞。翻譯：例句：① english is very difficult to learn well in a short time. 翻譯：② the author gradually realizes her mother’s body language is_________________.作者逐漸地意識到她母親的肢體語言很容易理解。③ the sofa is very _____________________.這沙發坐上去很舒服。④ it is said that the man _______________________.據說這個人很難相處。2) some festivals are held to honor the dead or to satisfy the ancestors, who might return either to help or to do harm.
