6.give v 給，授予 give sb sth=give sth to sb
把某物給某人
eg:please give me the map.
please give the map to me.
注：當sth為物主代詞it或them時，只能用give sth to sb
please give it to him.請把它給他。
7.wear v 強調穿的狀態，意為“穿著，戴著”其賓語可以是衣服，飾品。
put on v 強調穿的動作，意為“穿上，戴上”其賓語是衣服，鞋帽等。
eg:it’s cold outside. please put on the coat.
in our school, students have to wear school. uniforms from monday to friday
在我們學校，學生們從周一到周五必須穿校服
wear a pair of glasses 戴一副眼睛
8.news n. 新聞，消息 不可數名詞 it is good news. 這是個好消息。
a piece of news 一則新聞
newspaper n. 報紙 可數名詞，而paper“紙”講時不可數名詞
he is reading an evening newspaper 他正在看一份晚報
9.in hospital與in the / a hospital
(1)in hospital 在醫院 指生病住院
(2)in a / the hospital 在醫院，指“本醫院里”，可以是在醫院里工作或辦事，也可以是在醫院里工作或辦事，也可以是在那里照顧病人
eg:the old man is in hospital.
my mother works in the hospital.
