4.使用英語打電話時，介紹自己this，詢問對方用that。

5.this和these常指后面要講的事物，有啟下的作用；而that常指前面提到過的事物，具有承上的作用。
例如：this is my sister’s bag. that’s red.這是我姐姐的包。那包是紅色的。
