   學生完成填空后先在小組中交流答案，然后全班核對答案。
〔設計意圖〕
    把兩封郵件內容有機結合起來，再處理一些細節內容，進一步強化學生對內容的整體理解。文中需填的singer 和tv reporter 內容較簡單，也為第五單元學習表示職業的詞匯作好了鋪墊。

   全班學生分成兩部分，比賽朗讀課文。
〔設計意圖〕
   此環節的朗讀課文活動旨在讓學生掌握正確的語音、語調、培養學生語感，加深對課文的理解。

〔設計意圖〕
    板書郵件格式，讓學生加深印象，為后面的寫作提供格式支撐和主要語言支撐。
    t:liu yun is alice s pen pal. i want ann to be my pen pal .so i wrote an e-mail to ann. you can find a pen pal and write an e-mail to him or her.
   教師用課件展示自己寫的郵件，然后要求學生找班內同學做筆友，在練習本上仿照范文給對方寫一封電子郵件，并送給他/她，然后座位鄰近的同學一起分享收到的郵件。教師提供如下范文：
