（1）以earphones為實例，引導學生操練句型。
t: where are the earphones?
s: they are ……
t: they aren’t here/ there now.
s: they were here/ there a moment ago.
  師生示范后，生問生答；男女生問答；小組問答。
（2）出示c部分掛圖，逐幅圖進行問答練習。
  多形式操練，避免讓學生感到枯燥乏味，同時又要讓學生掌握所學句型。
（3）兩人一組，任意選擇一圖操練表演對話。

1、出示教學掛圖，教師引導學生說說導言部分情景：
教師可用單詞或詞組作提示，例如：sports day, excited, a running race, look for等，鼓勵學生能說多少是多少。
2、分角色朗讀第一部分對話，回答問題：
where is the camera now?
where was the camera a moment ago?
3、出示教學掛圖，看圖聽第二部分對話的錄音，思考：
what are su hai and su yang looking for now?
where are they now?
where were they just now?
再聽錄音，回答問題，相機學習單詞和詞組：
ground, on the ground, pocket, in my pocket, just now（與a moment ago為同義詞）
4、教師范讀，生跟讀；分角色讀；齊讀；表演。
5、學生分組完成本課對話后的判斷練習，教師給予反饋和評價。

1、game: 猜猜東西在哪兒
  全班閉上眼睛，教師走到學生中間，隨意收掉幾樣東西，然后問學生where is/ are your…?請學生說出物品位置，若不在了，即可以說it isn’t / they aren’t there now.

2、歸納was和were的區別：
was和were都是過去式，was用于主語是單數的句子，were用于主語是復數的句子。
3、教師總結全課，學生朗讀板書單詞和詞組。
